At WearTheFan, we take pride in delivering premium quality fan merchandise. Every product is custom printed on demand, especially for you. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Return Window
We accept return and exchange requests within 7 days of the delivery date.

2. Items NOT Eligible for Return
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way
- Items returned without original tags and packaging
- Returns due to change of mind or incorrect size ordered by the customer
- Items reported after 7 days of the delivery date
- Sale or discounted items (unless the item is defective)
- Custom name or number printed items (unless defective)

Once your return request is approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method as per the timelines below:

You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your refund has been initiated.
5. Cancellation Policy
Since all our products are custom printed on demand, order cancellations are only accepted within 12 hours of placing the order.
- Cancellation within 12 hours → Full refund issued
- Cancellation after 12 hours → Not possible, as printing may have already begun
- To cancel your order, please email support@wearthefan.com immediately with your order number
6. Return Shipping
- Defective or incorrect items: WearTheFan will arrange a free reverse pickup from your doorstep. You do not need to visit any courier office.
- Size exchange requests: The customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
- Reverse pickup will be arranged within 2–3 business days of approval.
7. Exchange Policy
Size exchanges are accepted only when all of the following conditions are met:
- The item is unworn and has its original tags and packaging intact
- The exchange request is raised within 7 days of delivery
- The required size is available in our current stock
To request an exchange, please follow the same process — email us at support@wearthefan.com with your order details.
8. Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged due to transit handling, please do the following:
- Do not accept a parcel that appears visibly damaged or tampered at the time of delivery
- If damage is discovered after opening, photograph the packaging and product immediately
- Report the issue to us within 48 hours of delivery at support@wearthefan.com
- We will arrange a full replacement or refund at no additional cost
